Effect of Potassium and Zinc on Yield Attributes and Economics of Mustard [Brassica juncea (L.) Czern.]

A field experiment was carried out in the North Eastern Plains of Uttar Pradesh during rabi season 2022 at agricultural research farm Department Agronomy Sam Higginbottom University Agriculture, Technology and Sciences, Prayagraj with objective examining impact potassium zinc on mustard [Brassica juncea (L.) Czern.] growth, yield, economics using a randomised block design 10 treatments, which treatments (T1-T9) T1 – 30 kg K/ha + 5 Zn/ha, T2 T3 15 T4 40 T5 T6 T7 50 T8- T9 Zn/ha T10 Control three separate replications potassium, zinc, different combinations nitrogen phosphorus. The soil exploratory plot had sandy loam texture, natural pH 7.2, an EC 0.26 (dS/m), low level organic carbon (0.48%), available amounts N (225 kg/ha), P (13.60 K (215.4 kg/ha). experimental findings showed that resulted maximum plant height (193.45 cm), highest dry weight (35.25 gm), number siliqua/plant (302.20), seeds/siliqua (17.60), seed yield (2685 stover (6143 gross return (136910.00 INR/ha), net (93070.00 benefit cost ratio (2.11) were recorded for treatment comparison other combinations.
